DATE RAIDER Angelina Jolie has been on ‘a few dates’ amid ‘messy divorce’ from Brad Pitt
ANGELINA Jolie is said to be getting back into the relationship game, having reportedly “been on a few dates” amid her divorce from Brad Pitt.
The Maleficent actress, 44, is no longer “closed to the idea of meeting someone”, three years after her shock split from Brad, according to US reports.
Sources close to Angelina told Us Weekly that she “isn’t closed to the idea of meeting someone new, but it’s not her main priority” and that she “will get back to the dating scene, without a doubt”.
However, her focus remains on her six children, “her job and cleaning up her messy divorce”, the insider goes on.
The couple filed for divorce in September 2016 following an incident on a plane when Brad allegedly lost control of himself and clashed with son Maddox, 16.
The Hollywood couple then released a joint statement where they stated they’d agreed to settle their divorce in private.
However, it took until this February for them to move ahead when they received court approval to continue negotiating the terms of the divorce.
Speaking to the magazine, the insider added that “Angelina still has a lot of resentment toward Brad”.
“She wants him to be held accountable because she feels he turned her and the children’s lives upside down,” they alleged.
In April 2018 The Sun exclusively revealed that Angelina had given Brad access to their six children and the terms of the divorce had been settled.
The temporary deal gave him visitation rights to Maddox, 18, Pax, 15, Zahara, 14, Shiloh, 13, and Vivienne and Knox, 11.
They agreed to custody sharing, with Brad having access and working with Angelina on logistic issues about work and travel.
However in August 2018, Angelina filed new documents claiming that Brad is failing to pay her “meaningful child support” and has not even lived up to an “informal arrangement” they set up.
But the Fight Club star soon hit back by revealing he has given his soon-to-be ex-wife £7m since their split “to assist her in purchasing her current residence” and £900k in child support.
