Adele is an absolute star the world over and she now looks amazing too. This wasn’t always the case, though, as when the singer first took on the world, she was classed as rather overweight. Her weight loss was incredibly inspiring. She was determined and completely changed her diet, implemented the optimum nutrition, and lost a lot of weight.While the star singer hasn’t confirmed it, it has been speculated that she made us of a particular diet called the ‘Sirtfood diet’ to accomplish her incredible weight loss. This diet is all about firing up the metabolism with ‘sirt foods’. Whatever Adele did, it sure did the trick, as she looks fabulous! Adele had been living with her husband Simon Konecki for many years in the US, but sadly, in September 2019, it was reported that Adele took legal action to give an end to their relationship. They have one child together.

It’s rather difficult to slim down when you become a mom at 15, especially when you have diabetes, but Mama June made it happen with a combination of a diet and right nutrition choices (ok, and a gastric sleeve surgery as well). She lost an astounding 300 pounds, and she aspires to lose even more pounds.

All that’s left is a plastic surgeon appointment to get rid of that extra skin after losing all those extra pounds. She went under the knife to drop those extra pounds. Post her gastric sleeve surgery. She went from 460 pounds to a few 100 pounds. According to sources, she has lost 70% of her stomach fat post the operation, which is incredible! In her new look, she looks stunning and breathtaking! We hope she continues to eat healthy, live, and active life, and serve as an inspiration to everyone.

TV personality and fashion guru Nicole Richie is one of those celebs who must have felt the pressure of being in the limelight since a very young age. She was never overweight or fat, but she still felt the need to slim down. Her solution was to integrate a rigorous diet into her regime, but unfortunately, she took things a bit too far and ended up quite underweight instead.
